- 150 gms Mutton Keema
- 2 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrot Julienne
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1/2 Capsicum (Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- For Rolls
- 1 cup Maida
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Green Chutney
How to Make Keema Roll
Take a pan and heat oil. Now add finely chopped onion. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Add minced keema to it and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while.
Add red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, Meat masala, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and fry it.
When keema starts leaving oil, add sliced onion, capsicum, and carrot. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Your keema roll filling is ready. Now we will make the roll.
Take all-purpose flour in a bowl.
Add curd, salt, and some oil. Mix well.
Add some water and knead soft dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let the rest for 10 minutes.
Make small balls from the dough. Take a ball and make parathas. Now add mayonnaise and spread it on the paratha. Add tomato ketchup and spread it. Now add keema stuffing. Roll it.
Your keema roll is ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
